• Calculator inputs. The values you enter into our GAP calculator (loan balance, car value, term, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit or store them on our servers.
• Email addresses. If you opt in to price-drop alerts, we store your email address in your browser's localStorage for now. We do not currently transmit these emails to a server or share them with third parties.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
• Affiliate click tracking. When you click a partner link, our affiliate network partner (and the partner site itself) may set cookies to attribute the referral.

How we use information

We use aggregated information to improve the site, our calculator's accuracy, and our editorial content. We do not sell personal information.
